Every corporate account includes monthly retainers priced per trip-volume, NET 30 billing, a dedicated chauffeur pool (the same drivers every time), a named account manager, and guaranteed availability at Westchester (HPN) and Teterboro (TEB). Pricing scales with volume. The contract is a single page. The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
The fleet is corporate-spec: Rolls-Royce Cullinan for client airport pickups and partner meetings, Wraith and Dawn for the principal's personal use, Lamborghini Huracán and Ferrari 458 when the client visit calls for the show car. Every vehicle is detailed before every reservation. Every chauffeur is licensed, insured, and signed under NDA before entering rotation.

Light volume
Light volume — up to 8 trips per month. Best for firms running quarterly board meetings or occasional client visits. Includes account manager, dedicated chauffeur pool, NET 30 billing. Pricing set with the concierge based on vehicle mix.
Standard volume
Standard volume — 8 to 20 trips per month. Best for firms with regular HPN/TEB pickups and weekly partner-meeting transport. All Light-tier features plus quarterly reviews and priority booking. Pricing scales with volume.
Heavy volume
Heavy volume — 20+ trips per month. Best for IR-active firms during fundraises and PE/VC firms with active portfolio-company tours. All Standard-tier features plus dedicated dispatcher, multi-day coverage, and roadshow logistics support. Pricing set per contract.
Pricing per tier is set with the concierge based on trip volume, vehicle mix, and contract length. Annual contracts get preferential rates. Single-trip quotes are available at corporate-account rates without a retainer for firms not yet ready to commit monthly.
First 30 days, end to end

Discovery call. 30 minutes with the account manager. Trip-volume estimate, vehicle preferences, regular pickup locations, billing contact.

Contract + insurance documents. Single-page MSA, COI delivered to your risk team, NDA signed bilaterally. Most accounts close within 5 business days of discovery.

Chauffeur introductions. The 2-3 drivers assigned to your account visit your office for a 15-minute meet-and-greet. They learn the building, the security desk, your assistant's name.

First trip. Booked through the account manager via single email or phone. No app required. Vehicle staged 15 minutes before the requested pickup time at the address you provide.

First-month review. Account manager checks in at day 28. Trip volume vs. estimate, vehicle preferences refined, billing reviewed, chauffeur feedback collected.

Renewal. NET 30 invoice, monthly. Annual contracts auto-renew with 60-day notice. Quarterly reviews with the account manager built into every contract.

- How quickly can we onboard?
- First trip within 7 days of signed MSA. Typical full onboarding (chauffeur introductions, billing setup, first-month review) is 30 days. Single-page MSA, COI delivered to your risk team, NDA bilateral by default.
- Do you support unscheduled pickups?
- Yes. Corporate accounts have 4-hour notice service guaranteed, 1-hour notice on best-effort during business hours. Same-day pickups within 30 minutes of request when fleet permits — common for HPN and TEB arrivals.
- What's the cost structure?
- Monthly retainer based on trip volume, NET 30 billing, no per-trip surge pricing. Annual contracts get preferential rates. Single-trip quotes available at corporate-account rates without retainer for firms not yet ready to commit to monthly.
- Can we get specific vehicles or chauffeurs?
- Yes. Vehicle preferences are locked at contract; dedicated chauffeur pool means the same 2-3 drivers handle your account. Substitutions only for time-off or scheduled maintenance, with same-day notice to your account manager.
- What about insurance and NDA?
- Full commercial coverage on every trip with $5M umbrella. COI delivered to your risk team at contract signing. Bilateral NDA standard; mutual or one-way NDA available; drivers signed individually before account activation.
- Do you serve outside Fairfield County?
- HPN and TEB are core territory. We pick up at LGA, JFK, and Newark on request. Trips to Manhattan, Westchester, Boston, and Washington D.C. handled with advance notice. Multi-day client-side coverage available for offsites and roadshows.
- What if a trip changes last-minute?
- Account manager handles all changes. Vehicle holds release within 30 minutes of cancellation. Rescheduling within the same business day is free. Cross-day rescheduling is best-effort and free if fleet permits.
