WEDDING DAY SERVICE — FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT
Your wedding car. Quietly handled.
White ribbon on the door. Hand-tied garland in your color. A chauffeur in formal livery. The car arrives when you want it, stays as long as you need it, and leaves without anyone asking twice. From the ceremony at Belle Haven to the exit at Longshore, we handle the part nobody else wants to get right.
What a wedding day looks like with us
A wedding day runs on a timeline that doesn't forgive. The photographer needs you at 2:15, the officiant walks at 3:00, the reception starts without you at 5:30. The last thing anyone needs is a transportation vendor who shows up late, shows up wrong, or shows up with the wrong car. We don't.
Every wedding-day reservation includes the car, the detailing, the ribbon-and-garland dressing in your color, and a chauffeur in formal livery. Four hours if you just need the ceremony and reception arrival. Six if you want the full photo sequence at Waveny or the Greenwich Polo grounds. Eight if you need the pre-ceremony pickup, the full day, and the sparkler exit. No package is a template. Every reservation starts with a concierge call.
The fleet is available: Rolls-Royce Cullinan for the family of six, Rolls-Royce Dawn or Wraith for the couple's exit, Lamborghini Huracán or Ferrari 458 for the photos that end up on the wall. BMW i8 if the wedding mood is modern. Every car comes detailed, fueled, and ready. We stage at Belle Haven, Tokeneke, the Inn at Longshore, Waveny, Grace Farms, the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion, and every private Fairfield County estate between the Merritt and the Sound.
The wedding-day fleet
- Rolls-Royce Cullinan — the bridal arrival car. Family of six rides comfortably, no SUV in the parking lot looks like it.
- Rolls-Royce Dawn — the convertible getaway. Top down on the exit, hair held by good photography.
- Rolls-Royce Wraith — the fastback for the couple's portrait. Twin-turbo V12 under a coupe roofline.
- BMW i8 — the modern wedding car. Different from every other Cullinan in the lineup.
- Ferrari 458 Spider — the photo car. Naturally aspirated V8, top down, the shot ends up on the wall.
- Lamborghini Huracán — the after-party transport. Mid-engine V10, sounds like an exit.

A wedding day with us, end to end
- 1
Morning of. Car arrives at the getting-ready location by your photographer's call time. Chauffeur steps out, confirms the timeline, stays with the vehicle while hair and makeup finish.
- 2
Ceremony pickup. Car loads the bridal party at the hotel, residence, or pre-ceremony venue. Ribbon dressed, garland fresh, chauffeur in livery. Arrival at the ceremony venue timed to your officiant's schedule, not ours.
- 3
First look and photos. If the photographer wants Greenwich Polo, Waveny gardens, or the Glass House grounds for a photo sequence, the car stays with you. Multi-stop routes planned at booking with the concierge.
- 4
Reception arrival. Car stages at the venue entrance ten minutes before the grand entrance. Chauffeur opens the door, steps back, waits for your cue. We've done this for Belle Haven, Longshore, Wee Burn, Tokeneke, and every venue on the Fairfield County circuit. We know the driveways.
- 5
Reception hold. Chauffeur and car remain on call for the duration of the reservation. If the schedule changes at 9:30 because the first dance ran long, the car is ready at 9:30 or 10:00 or whenever the actual moment arrives.
- 6
Sparkler exit. Car pulls up to the reception entrance on your exit cue. Bags in the trunk if the departure includes a transfer. Honeymoon transport, after-party drop, or quiet ride home — the last hour is yours.
Wedding-day questions, answered
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- Sixty days is the baseline for wedding dates. Peak May through October weekends book faster, and certain Saturdays at specific venues (Belle Haven, Waveny, the Polo Club) book out six months ahead. If your date is inside sixty days, call the concierge before you assume we're unavailable. Last-minute fits when the calendar allows.
- What's included in every wedding-day reservation?
- The car, the detailing before arrival, white-ribbon door dressing, hand-tied trunk garland in your color, and a chauffeur in formal livery. Fuel, insurance, and delivery to the pickup location are included. The only thing you confirm at booking is hours, venue, and which vehicle.
- Can we book multiple cars for the bridal party or family?
- Yes. Multi-vehicle bookings are common — Cullinan for the family, Wraith or Dawn for the couple, a Range Rover or second Rolls for the bridal party. Each vehicle gets its own dressing and its own chauffeur. Concierge coordinates the staging so every car arrives and departs together.
- Do you serve venues outside Fairfield County?
- Our core territory is Greenwich to Fairfield, plus the Connecticut wedding venue circuit (Lockwood-Mathews, Waveny, Grace Farms, Longshore). We travel to Westchester and NYC-metro venues on request with an added transport fee. Farther destinations (Newport, the Berkshires, the Hamptons) are available for multi-day packages. Ask.
- What happens if the ceremony runs late or the schedule shifts?
- The chauffeur stays. The car stays. We build schedule flexibility into every wedding-day reservation, which is why our tiers are four, six, and eight hours rather than fixed timelines. If you booked six hours and the ceremony moved up by thirty minutes, you still have six hours. The clock starts when the chauffeur starts driving you.
- How is pricing set?
- Pricing is set with the concierge based on the vehicle you choose, the hours you need, and the venue distance. We quote a flat rate at booking — no hourly overage surprises, no mileage surcharges, no fuel add-ons. The price at booking is the price on the invoice.
- Can we see the car before the wedding?
- Yes. Pre-wedding walkthroughs are available at our Stamford facility, most commonly the week before. Brides and grooms typically want to see the exact vehicle, confirm the ribbon color, and meet the chauffeur who'll be driving. We schedule walkthroughs by appointment.
- What if something goes wrong on the day?
- Every wedding-day reservation has a backup vehicle on standby. Mechanical issue, flat tire, anything we can't fix in five minutes — the backup car is already staged. The couple doesn't hear about problems unless they affect the timeline, and the timeline is the one thing we don't let problems affect.
